I liked Dr. Seymour's take on the cause of migraines, however I have been getting my TMJ treated by a TMJ dentist/TMJ professor/TMJ expert in my area and have only seen a modest decrease in migraines. I belong to a migraine group on Facebook and one member followed the protocol very similar to what Dr. Seymour recommended and it didn't work. If you're able to make the trip to see Dr.Seymour and get his treatment however I think it might be worth a try. Unfortunately, he lives to far away for me to see him which makes this treatment unfeasible for myself and most people. If he could produce an evidence based, randomized controlled trial of his method I think his argument for treating headaches would be much more convincing, and I hope, if his theory, is correct, that he does, because it would make great "head way" ha ha, in the treatment of migraines for us sufferers.Product details

If you or someone you loves suffers from chronic pain, this book is for you!!! This book is written for people who want to know more about TMJ and related issues. You will learn how to do a self examination to better identify your specific problems. As a patient of Dr. Seymour I can attest to the passion and professionalism with which he treats chronic pain and his patients.
I personally had most of the symptoms described in this book and following his diagnosis and treatment I can honestly say that he has cured me. No more jaw pain, migraine headaches, ear aches, dizziness, neck pain, facial pain, jaw popping and cracking, etc.
Insurance companies today will recognize and pay for jaw surgery and medication to treat TMJ but will not pay for the kind of treatment that Dr. Seymour offers. He is hoping that with patients becoming increasingly aware of this option available to them that they will demand that insurance begin recognizing and paying for treatment.
The book is written so that a non medical person can understand and appreciate it.
Dr. Seymour has the cure and helped save my family many years ago. I was a migraine sufferer and with many children this pain disabled me from being the mother I needed to be to them, and the wife I needed to be to my husband. He is spot on, deals with patients on an individual basis with such care and concern and sets your future in motion by caring for you. His detailed, precise, accurate attention he gives to everyone is unbelievable... I am a wonderful mother who is blessed with 7 children, and I am so thankful for Dr Seymour giving me my life back!
Just this year, my oldest daughter who suffered from headaches for the past year and taking many over the counter medications... has seen Dr Seymour and is now headache free as well!
To go through suffering yourself is one thing, but to see your child suffer is completely another... I am so grateful for all Dr Seymour has done!
The part that saddens me is I know of many other women sufferers, one friend very close to me, that also is a mother of young children... And she has it worse, yet is continuing to struggle bc of the government and medical fields not covering the treatments!
Please read this book, please see how this is an epidemic, please see how we need to allow this cure to help so many others!

YOU HAVE GOT TO READ THIS BOOK. I have been a patient of Dr Seymour's since February 2013. When I was first referred to him by a co-worker whose husband was having Migraine issues, I thought I would do some research online about him. I looked at multiple sites and even heard a radio show that he had done with a local radio station. When I heard about the exact same symptoms that I was having, I could not believe my ears. First I cried, than I got mad at the Medical/Insurance Field and then I called to make an appointment. I went from sometimes having 3-4 migraines per week prior to seeing him(since Feb) to next to nothing. Prior to seeing Dr Seymour the migraine medication I was taking was totally out-of-pocket since my insurance was not paying for it. I had tried other medical options, but medication that was prescribed to prevent migraines was giving me side effects. The day I went to see him and started treatment was the day I started to get a "life" back. I cannot tell you how mad it makes me that insurance companies will not recognize his treatment and pay for his services. More people, women especially need to create a ruckus to get insurance to recognize that treatment from Dr Seymour is far less expensive than treatment through the medical community. MRI's, CT's, medications, etc costs are more than his treatment.
